AMO G-CEJZ meets the children of St. Pauls Primary School

The AMO Balloon met up with the children of St, Pauls Primary School, Gloucester today for a lesson in thermodynamics.

The launch site was actually Calton Road Primary School, Gloucester in order to give the balloon enough room for take off.

The children had not seen a balloon before, let alone one this close. The pilot and crew gave a talk about how hot air balloons work before inflating the 90 foot tall balloon for a photocall.

After a little more demonstration of the balloon it was time to take to the air. The flight lasted around 90 minutes and landing was in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham.
