Exclusive Ballooning were beating the traffic problems this weekend by flying over them at 5000 feet.
The UK's bad weather has caused huge transport infrastructure problems but there was nothing but calm in the skies this weekend. Several of the Exclusive Ballooning fleet were airborne including Sloggi 2, Sloggi 3 and the Bookpeople balloons.
On board over Berkeley was Exclusive Ballooning's in house photographer David Gethyn-Jones who said 'i've flown many times but this really is special. The white blanket across the Vale of Berkeley is just wonderful and the pictures of the castle will make the 2011 Exclusive Ballooning Christmas card!'
David was on board with chief pilot Andrew Holly taking pictures for tonights BBC news and weather programme.
