Blue Square Premier Playoff Final 2011

G-CFXI, Exclusive Ballooning's Blue Square hot air balloon, was at the City of Manchester Stadium today for the highlight of the football conference year - the 2011 Blue Square Premier Playoff final.

The largest square hot air balloon in the world was on site from early morning ready to greet the fans and teams as they arrived for a spectacular day.

Sporting a 'GOING UP?' banner, the balloon was positioned right at the entrance to the stadium so it simply wasn't possible to miss it. All activities were covered live via Twitter @XBallooning and pictures were posted live via Facebook to both the official Exclusive Ballooning and Blue Square sites.

AFC Wimbledon and Luton Town battled out a tough match with AFC Wimbledon taking the match 4-3 on penalties. However, whilst the balloon was on the outside of the stadium, Exclusive Ballooning's secret new Blue Square marketing weapon was being unveiled on the inside..
